[Bug] Incorrect Error Message when Creating Video (Error Processing)

A creator in Turkey is running into an issue where they are seeing the following screen when uploading videos. However, I can see the videos are getting processed fine. For now, I have told them to ignore the error but it’s caused them to try to upload multiple times. Any reason why they might be getting a false error message?
