It is becoming worst with the time


Sorry for the messages, this service is becoming worst with the time, and now the support tells me I’m on my own.

First the recording feature was broke on November, but got fixed after 24h, that’s great.
Now it’s the private stream that breaks, and I’m on my own redeveloping everything because I relied on your API, and now the API is crap.
The private stream was actually a value for, but if your support is telling me I have to switch back in public, I don’t see the advantage with Vimeo.

We want to make sure that all of our customers are successful, however we also need to make sure we delegate resources and prioritize fixes.

In this case, we will fix the issue you are facing within few days or even sooner.
