New User in Canada... API doesn't work!

Hello, there!

We are using api.video for the first time for a canadian SVOD platform. Our programmer is working in France, and for him, the api is working. But for us, in Montreal… we can upload the videos… but we can’t stream them on our platform… and the button to close the player just… doesn’t work either. I’ve passed the day trying to reach the api.video team by their american number… but I’m not able to talk to anyone!
