Pricing plan allowance clarification

Hi,

It isn’t clear whether the allowance included in the pricing plans are reset each month.

Are these allowances for the duration of the plan, or for the month of usage. e.g. Develop offers 200 minutes of video transcoding. Is this 200 minutes each month, or in total?
