- How does Video Ingest work? I have some file upload limit?
- Can I host my videos in another cloud and rotate within the platform?

No, no limits on the size of the file you upload but consider to create more than one request if your video exceed 128 Mb.

The only limit you will encounter is the length of videos you can add per month : 1h free (= 10 videos of 6min or 2 videos of 30min and so on) and then ingest is charge few $ regarding of your plan.
About the hosting, api.video can handle that for you, there is no limits or fees per video, month, etc.
