Hey, could you help me? I have a “community” subscription, but I got an error “Subscription suspended” while I’m trying to upload any video. Do I need to change the subscription or what is the problem?

Just a quick reminder: we provide a sandbox that you can use if you’re still integrating our api. All videos will have a watermark on it and be deleted after 72 hours but it’s free, no payment request to use it.
