Currently, if a user starts a stream and then stops it and starts it again (with the same id), it records several videos.
Is it possible to have only one video recorded per stream id?

This is a really good question.
I think you are asking (please correct me if I am incorrect) that if you start and stop a live stream - can we stitch together the recordings, so there is just one output file. Currently that is not possible.
Each recorded video from a livestream has the added data[].source.liveStream tag so that you can find each video recorded by a specific livestream.
