Hi

Can you please clarify some of he charging details:

  • What is the date when invoice is sent out?
  • What is the date when my credit card will be charged?
  • Will my CC charged on the previous month volume or some expected next month volume? In case previous month, what are the limits?

Hi Kaspar !

The invoice is sent the same day of the charging. It occurs each month on the anniversary date of your registration.
For example if you create an account today, you will be charged every 22nd on the month.
Your consumption of hours is billed at the end of the month based on the number of hours you uploaded on api.video. But if you subscribe to a premium or business plan, the amount of the subscription is charged in advance.
