I want to let you know that the problem with the auto-generated thumbnails still happens from time-to-time. I cannot be more precise because it looks that there are no exactly defined conditions when it happens. The last case when it happened was with the private video VOD: vi5sYHqspNBMCYpB3jAglvA (sandbox). Does it mean that there is a problem with video content itself and the ability to detect what should be taken as that auto-thumbnail correctly? Or is it related to some problems with timing during the video processing on the server-side?
