We are using the sandbox version to test a concept of our application (using NodeJS SDK), and strange things have happened since today (22 Nov 2020).
After uploading a new video, this video is shown twice times in the videos list on https://go.api.video. These duplicated items have the same videoId and also all other properties.
It has also happened that the automatically created thumbnail is frozen on “The video is being processed”:

This has been resolved. There were no duplicate videos, just the appearance of duplicates due to a data migration over the weekend 
Has the thumbnail issue resolved itself?

Thanks for the info. No, the thumbnail has been remaining the same, so I am deleting the video and creating a new one. It is OK now. I will track similar cases if they happened and inform you.

Same thing is happening with me and the videos don’t play either, it just keeps showing that video is being processed.

Sorry you are having difficulties.
I looked into your account, and I see a number of videos created, but only one where a file successfully uploaded. But the error on our side for that video is:

/var/storage/0f/34/f8/vi6VA9IPuNjaZH0sHnQqyrI7/source.unknown: Invalid data found when processing input
Are you certain that the file you uploaded is a valid video file? What format is it? Do you have some sample code? I’d love to help out.
